A hidden gem in Trieste! This place was recommended to me by people living right around the corner, and it's just amazing. Marino is a wonderful character, and his dishes are just full of good food and love. Plus the prices are amazingly friendly! This is simply a must go. You'll thank yourself for choosing this restaurant afterward!

Great little old school local find. Simple dishes perfectly prepared. I had an arugula and radicchio and white anchovy salad followed by seafood spaghetti. Great personal service.

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend going if you're in Trieste! The chef is also the waiter which is really impressive-- it's a one man show and feels like you're invited into someones home! Very authentic Italian food and affordable.

It was a very nive place which was hid from the world.I would recommend it for everyone!The mood was the classic italian mood, they have nice italien music and also a very cosy inside. Nothing special but thats what makes it special.There is not a lot of people here so make it popular! It needs some support.The prices are normal.The place is runed by only one man and it's not a problem! He can carry everything on his back and he is fast! Believe me.The food is very delicious and it brings the classic italian kitchen's flavors.We've tried four different pastas and they were all the bests.If you come here at night there are a few options for drinking so that's not a problem if you're lookin for that.The place closes at 23.00 so you can prep your night here.All my recommendation for themMake this place popular!And also at the and we got some free drinks!

I was not disappointed with this place! A very cosy eatery with a "simpatico" owner and chef. Seafood soup and spaghetti were both so delicious, rich in flavours and portion, modest in their prices! Great conversations and hospitality by the owner. Buonissimo!

I had the seafood pasta, and it was amazing. Very fresh. The owner was super nice, and it was impressive how he did it all himself. Highly recommend!
